I hope that you had a lovely Christmas Holiday! We had a low key day as a family which I loved. There was lots of cooking, opening presents and dinner with friends. Our kids are at ages that made Christmas extra special. They love all the decorations and festive celebrations. It was a joy to see how they embraced traditions and were filled with wonder this season. We made such sweet memories as a family!
I’ve taken some time off from the blog for the holidays and I’ll be back on January 1st with a new recipe to share. In the mean time, I wanted to do a recap of the year and thought that the top recipes in 2013 would be a fun way to do that! These recipes are the most viewed recipes on the site this year. So without further adieu…

A spin a the classic peanut butter blossom. Because everything tastes better with Reese’s Cups!

This pie comes together in a few minutes then bakes to perfection. We enjoyed this on Thanksgiving and Christmas this year because it’s just that good!

It’s apparent that my readers like sweet treats! Yet another cookie recipe made the list. These are the BEST sugar cookies I’ve ever eaten.
I shared these cookies for the Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap. Again, these have quickly become a family favorite and I’ve made them 4 times since then. Oh so delicious!
I love mac and cheese so I’m thrilled that this is the most viewed recipe on the site. It’s hard to believe that’s the case since it was just posted a little over a week ago! Clearly y’all love mac and cheese as much as I do. If you are still looking for a fun appetizer for New Year’s Eve, this would be a great choice!
Thank you for all the love and support you’ve provided about this blog. I love that you are making my recipes and creating memories around your table. I’m looking forward to bringing you lots more great food in 2014!
