Who doesn’t love crock-pot cooking? The ease of putting ingredients in the crock-pot in the morning and coming home to a cooked meal in the evening makes any mom’s day better. I typically use mine on days when I’m working later so that I don’t have to come home and rush to get dinner on the table. Using a crock-pot is convenient and hassle free. I’ve discovered several great recipes on Pinterest for crock-pot cooking and I’ve been so impressed with the results.
The first recipe is a Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Loin that I found at c+c marriage factory. This dinner easily goes into the date night category but it would also be a great entry to serve for company. This may be the easiest crock-pot recipe I’ve ever made and has one of the tastiest results. I served it with Easy Dinner Rolls and Cilantro Mashed Potatoes (recipe coming soon!). The tenderloin was flavorful and had a great crust on the outside. It was juicy and delicious. Break out your fancy china and enjoy this recipe on a night in!
I was skeptical about this recipe for Crock Pot recipe for Sesame Chicken that I found at Six Sisters’ Stuff simply because this is one of my favorite dishes at a Chinese restaurant. I was curious how it would taste since it wasn’t battered and fried. The results were amazing! My daughter actually ate 2 helpings. It was that good. I simply served this on a bed of steamed rice. This is a much more economical option than eating out. I assume that it’s healthier too since its not battered and fried. I’d be the first to admit that I’d choose this chicken over take out any day.

I just have to say I love reading your blog! I have realized I am not a cookbook person but love to find good, yummy recipes from all over. But, I don’t always have the time. I love reading your experiences and then picking some new recipes to try. I especially love the crock pot but some of the recipes can be hit or miss and I only like recipes I consider a “9-10”. I’m definately going to try these two. Thanks!
