Are you one of those people that eat cold pizza for breakfast? I can’t handle cold pizza but Currey already has Blythe enjoying cold pizza at all hours of the day. She’ll do whatever her Daddy does and she loves pizza!
When I saw this recipe for breakfast pizza I knew that I had to give it a try. We love breakfast at our house and this savory pizza was fantastic.
I used peppered bacon as the recipe suggests. It added great flavor to the pizza. I also used frozen hash browns but I’m sure that you could make fresh hash browns as well. I did not use peppers because we aren’t big fans of bell peppers at our house. I used this pizza dough that I have used several times in the past. We only used three eggs because any more on the pizza would have been too much. We used salsa verde because that’s our favorite type of salsa.
A few additional pointers…roll your crust really thin. Ours pizza was good but I think it would have been great with a thin crispy crust. I wish that I would have not allowed the eggs to set. I think runny eggs would have been delicious.
Please forgive the pictures, as I have yet to figure out how to make a pizza that resembles an actual shape. It’s just a more creative approach. If you are looking for a great brunch or breakfast recipe this is a great one to try.

oh wow, this looks amazing! Wonder if you could play with it some and make Eggs Benedict {one of our favorites!} use the ham and eggs as the topping with a hollandaise sauce… either way we will be trying this soon!
