Y’all sure know how to make a girl feel loved! Thank you, thank you for your kind words about our adoption. We are so excited for this journey and I felt like so many of you are celebrating with us! It brings me such joy. I’m so thankful for each kind comment, email, text and phone call that I received. We are blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community. Your kindness is a blessing!
I’m nervous to even call today’s post a recipe because it’s just 2 simple ingredients. But it’s just so good and incredibly easy so I thought y’all might like it as much as we do. I grew up eating marshmallow fruit dip as a special treat during the summer. I have a summer birthday and I know this treat was enjoyed at more than one birthday celebration.
Since springtime tends to be wedding shower season I thought it would be a great time to share this easy recipe. If I’m asked to bring a dish for a shower, this is my go to recipe. By blending cream cheese and marshmallow fluff you create a delicious dip for fruit. If I’m feeding a crowd, I usually double the recipe. My mom always served Marshmallow Fruit Dip with apples, grapes and strawberries. I had pineapple on hand so I added that. You could use blackberries or bananas too.
Marshmallow Fruit Dip can be prepared the day before the event and stored in the refrigerator for several days. To serve, simply put a bowl of dip on a large platter with fruit and you have a beautiful dish for your springtime celebrations.
